First launched in 1990 by Philip & Lynne Cooper, the company continues to operate by them and now their two sons, Neil & Shaun who manage all day to day tasks in their managerial roles.
Initially established with only 3 cars from a residential address, the company now operates around 100 vehicles from 2 bases, one in Chorley and one in South Ribble.
Around 15 full time call operators attend the phones. Web, App and IVR bookings assist in catching as many calls as possible, meaning that our missed call rate is very low even at peak times.
